Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Translate business plan (budget) quantities into monthly shop floor plans, considering FG inventory

levels.

Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on available capacity.
Monitor and circulate Sales MTD status reports and production performance against weekly targets.
Prepare and communicate monthly raw material plans and manage bought-out parts to achieve

targets.

Coordinate with Procurement, Industrial Engineering, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to

ensure seamless production flow.

Monitor raw materials, bought-out items, and finished goods inventory levels; control non-moving

inventory and obsolescence.

Prepare action plans to mitigate risks and factors affecting production targets.
Collaborate with Procurement and Quality teams to ensure timely component availability.
Lead the Engineering Change Management cross-functional team.
Understand export configurations for machines and coordinate for delivery readiness.
Mentor and train production planning staff in various planning activities, including MIS report

preparation.

Manage costing of new development products using SAP.
Ensure familiarity with the complete Production Order Cycle and variance analysis in SAP
