Hi-Tech Applicator is looking for a motivated, self-driven Planning Manager for their Valve Division.

Job Description:

BE / B Tech / M Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 5-6 years of Production and planning Manager experience in project execution in an engineering or valve line.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

· Plan production control activities to improve runtime while maintaining high quality, timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

· Work with the materials department in material planning and analysis to reduce inventory level.

· Plan, schedule and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations.

· Plan equipment, material and manpower requirements to meet production schedule.

· Project / Production Planning.

· Monitor downtime due to Planning delay, Inventory Management.

· Scheduling & follow-up with other departments.

· Knowledge of ERP system and MS office.

· Knowledge of Strong organization and problem solving skills.

· Good communication skill.

Preferred Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

· Production forecasting

· BOM preparation

· Ensure material on each line against production plan

· Release monthly & weekly schedules to the inter plant

· Aggregate planning for capacity utilization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
