Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

  QA/QC Manager

We are looking for an individual to conduct on-ground quality control activities, including inspections and tests. The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for verifying that all materials and workmanship comply with the project's quality plan, ITPs, and technical specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Conduct inspections of incoming materials to ensure they meet project specifications.

·       Carry out stage-wise inspections of works as per the approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).

·       Prepare and raise Inspection Requests (IRs) to the relevant parties for witness and approval.

·       Maintain comprehensive quality records, including inspection reports, test results, and checklists.

·       Coordinate with third-party laboratories for material testing and review the results.

·       Identify and document any non-conforming works and assist in closing out Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).

·       Ensure all testing and measuring equipment on-site is properly calibrated.

·       Provide support during quality audits conducted by the client or other parties.

Key Skills Required:

·       Strong knowledge of material specifications and testing procedures.

·       Familiarity with relevant IS Codes and other industry standards.

·       Meticulous attention to detail.

·       Ability to maintain clear and accurate records.

·       Good communication skills.

Qualifications Required:

·       B.E. / B. Tech or Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline (Civil).

Experience Required:

·       3 to 8 years of dedicated experience as a QA/QC Engineer on construction sites.
