Role Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team and help ensure that our products continue to meet the highest levels of quality and compliance. This is an on-site, full-time role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing QA protocols, monitoring production processes, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols in line with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production processes, identify process gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform manual tests, write and execute test cases, and evaluate data for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate responses to regulatory authorities.
• Stay updated on global product dossiers and regulatory requirements, and train teams accordingly.
• Support change control processes and timely review of documentation for defined products.
• Collaborate with production, regulatory, and management teams to maintain compliance and efficiency.
• Drive benchmarking, best practices deployment, and process efficiency across departments.
• Ensure that all process metrics and quality KPIs are consistently met.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, development, QA, or regulatory affairs, ideally within menthol/mint derivatives manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing processes.
• Expertise in manual testing, QA documentation, and analytical problem-solving.
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in the manufacturing or natural ingredients industry is an advantage.
