Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Conduct thorough quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective quality control processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Analyze data and trends to inform quality improvement initiatives and optimize processes.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality metrics.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role in the BPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality principles, methods, and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with quality management tools and software is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
