Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Develop and implement effective quality control processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Analyze data and trends to inform quality improvement initiatives and optimize processes.
Provide training and coaching to team members on quality procedures and best practices.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality metrics.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role in the BPO industry.
Strong understanding of quality principles, methods, and techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Experience with quality management tools and software is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
