Quality Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in quality analysis, preferably in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.

• Conduct thorough quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Identify and mitigate potential quality risks and hazards.
• Implement corrective actions to address quality concerns.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality analysis or a related field.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices is required.
