Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate collection calls, transactions, and processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Conduct quality audits and share detailed evaluation reports
• Ensure compliance with collection policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal SOPs
• Identify gaps, trends, and root causes impacting performance and quality
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching inputs to agents and team leaders
• Collaborate with operations and training teams to improve collection effectiveness
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and MIS reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  as a Quality Analyst

• Prior hands-on knowledge of the collections process

  (early, mid, or late-stage collections)
• Strong understanding of quality frameworks, KPIs, and audit methodologies
• Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quality reporting tools
