Job Title: Billing and Civil Engineer Department: Civil Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Reporting To: Ganesh H Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing and Civil Engineer to join our civil engineering team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in billing, quantity estimation, and site execution. The candidate must be proficient in preparing client and subcontractor bills and managing all documentation related to civil engineering works. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, verify, and manage client and subcontractor bills. Monitor and control project costs to ensure efficient resource allocation. Coordinate with site engineers for timely and accurate billing data. Verify quantities as per drawings and actual execution. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for billing and site progress. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors for project billing and related clarifications. Ensure adherence to all relevant statutory and safety regulations on site. Maintain all project-related documents and ensure audit readiness. Qualifications & Experience: Education: B.E. in Civil Engineering Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role (preferably in civil infrastructure or construction projects) Location Preference: Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore, Karnataka Salary & Compensation: CTC: ₹6–7 LPA Net Pay: ₹50,000–60,000 per month Skills Required: Proficiency in billing software and MS Excel Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts and project workflows Attention to detail and analytical mindset Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and in a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Experience: 5G: 3 years (Required) Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required) Work Location: In person
