Job Title:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation and Budgeting:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential projects.
Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans.
Analyze and evaluate costs to ensure projects stay within budget
.

Tendering and Contracts:

Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
Evaluate and negotiate tender submissions.
Administer and manage contracts with contractors and suppliers.

Cost Control and Reporting:

Monitor project costs and manage project cash flow.
Conduct cost analysis and reporting.
Prepare monthly cost reports and financial statements.

Valuations and Variations:

Conduct valuations of work in progress.
Manage changes in project scope, identifying variations and assessing their cost impact.
Prepare and agree on interim valuations and final accounts.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate risks related to project costs and contracts.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
