Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare project micro schedules
Track the schedule on a daily/weekly basis
Plan resources with respect to the site schedule
Understand the drawings and specifications provided by the architect / consultants and maintain the same as per latest revisions along with master record
Preparing detailed estimations based on Design detailing and update the project cost to the Head
Refer alternate materials or finishes in coordination with Purchase team and work out budget of the project
Prepare agreement documents with Vendors/contractors and ensure credibility
Ensure that material ordered is not more than estimated quantity / master quantity, request for material as per the lead time and follow up
Monitor manpower per day productivity based on works
Understand &Identify vendors for the projects
Prepare MIS on a monthly basis

Skill set Required:

Expertise in Auto CAD, MS Projects / Primavera & ERP
Billing and project management skills
Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills
Sound understanding of safety protocols
Experience Required : 3 + yrs of relevant experience with an exposure of Interiors or Real-estate projects.
