Job Title: Senior Engineer – Railway Projects Location: Kendujhar, Odisha Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Engineer to join our infrastructure project team in Kendujhar, Odisha, with a strong focus on railway construction and maintenance works. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in railway-related engineering roles and will be responsible for overseeing field operations, ensuring quality control, managing teams, and coordinating with stakeholders for timely project execution. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage day-to-day engineering and construction activities on railway projects. Ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety protocols, and project timelines. Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and government authorities as needed. Monitor site progress and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders. Conduct technical inspections and ensure compliance with Indian Railways standards. Troubleshoot project challenges and recommend effective solutions. Maintain accurate documentation of engineering processes, approvals, and quality records. Guide and mentor junior engineers and site personnel. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in railway infrastructure projects (track laying, bridges, signaling, etc.). Strong knowledge of Indian Railways norms, codes, and safety standards. Proficient in project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and AutoCAD. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Willingness to work on-site in Kendujhar, Odisha. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working on government or Indian Railways contracts. Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO, IRQS, etc.). Local language skills (Odia) will be an added advantage.
