Senior Site Engineer (Civil)

We are here Looking for Senior Site Engineer with over 10-12 years of experience in planning, supervising, and executing construction projects across Ethanol Plant, residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments. Demonstrates strong technical expertise in site management, structural works, quality assurance, and project coordination. Adept at leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Possesses in-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, material specifications, and industry regulations. Experienced in interpreting drawings, resolving on-site technical issues, and liaising effectively with consultants, contractors, and clients. Known for strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple site activities under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project progress according to approved plans.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for accurate execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve technical issues.
• Enforce safety practices and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Conduct inspections, monitor workmanship quality, and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Manage materials, equipment scheduling, and workforce allocation to maximize productivity.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.
