Job Title: Interior Design Engineer Location: Mysore, Karnataka Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month Experience: 2–5 years (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Design Engineer to join our team in Mysore. The ideal candidate will combine engineering knowledge with interior design expertise to deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review interior design concepts, technical drawings, and layout plans. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for project execution. Select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes aligned with design vision and budget. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines. Create 3D models, renderings, and presentation boards using CAD and design software. Conduct site visits for measurement, supervision, and quality checks. Monitor project timelines and manage resource planning. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design software. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques. Excellent spatial planning and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and project management abilities.
