Job Description

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences for their residential spaces.
Develop innovative and practical design concepts that reflect the client’s personal style, while optimizing space usage and functionality.
Create detailed 2D drawings (floor plans, elevations, and technical details) using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
Produce 3D models and renderings (using tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray, or SketchUp) to visualize design concepts for the client.
Select appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes that align with the design concept, budget, and aesthetic preferences.
Provide accurate specifications for furniture, fixtures, finishes, and other design elements.
Guide clients through the design process, presenting options and making adjustments based on their feedback.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to source materials and ensure timely delivery of design elements.
Manage the project timeline and budget to ensure designs are executed on time and within budget.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in residential design, furnishings, materials, and technologies.
