Job Description

We are seeking a skilled QMS/ISMS Coordinator to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with ISO standards. This role will ensure effective governance, risk management, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization.


Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain and update QMS/ISMS documentation to comply with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
  • Implement and manage the ISMS framework aligned with ISO 27001:2022, client requirements, and relevant regulations (e.g., DPDP, GDPR).
  • Lead internal and external audits for QMS and ISMS, including tracking non-conformities and managing corrective/preventive actions
  • Coordinate audit response activities for external certification bodies and clients.
  • Conduct risk assessments, manage security controls, and maintain the Statement of Applicability (SoA).
  • Handle security incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and ensure timely incident reporting and closure.
  • Deliver security awareness and training programs, including onboarding and periodic refreshers.
  • Oversee vendor security assessments, ensure third-party compliance, and support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) initiatives.
  • Track ISMS KPIs, facilitate management reviews, and drive continual improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to embed security by design in systems and services.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on ISMS experience in ITES or similar environments.
  • ISO 27001 Implementer certification required; CISSP, CISA, or CISM certifications preferred.
  • Strong understanding of information security principles, risk management methodologies, compliance requirements, and audit processes.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, training, and stakeholder management skills.
