About The Opportunity

Recognized for high availability platforms and rapid release cycles, the organization champions test-first engineering to maintain seamless customer experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases across web and mobile applications.
Design regression, smoke, and integration suites leveraging Selenium, REST-assured, and Postman.
Collaborate with product owners and developers in Agile ceremonies to clarify acceptance criteria and drive quality upstream.
Perform API validation, database checks with SQL, and cross-browser compatibility assessment.
Log detailed defects, triage issues, and verify fixes within Jira, ensuring clear traceability to requirements.
Continuously improve test coverage, pipelines, and reporting dashboards within CI/CD workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

3+ years hands-on software QA experience for customer-facing web products.
Proficiency in functional, regression, and API testing using Selenium or similar frameworks.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and defect lifecycle tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Working knowledge of SQL for backend validation and data setup.
Ability to write clear test plans, test cases, and reports.

Preferred

Exposure to test automation in Java or Python within Git-centric CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
