About The Opportunity

We are a fast-scaling player in the SaaS & Digital Platforms space, delivering cloud-native products that power ecommerce, fintech, and logistics businesses worldwide. Operating entirely remote across India, our multidisciplinary engineering squads build secure, high-availability services that handle millions of daily transactions while enabling seamless customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and ship production-grade web services and APIs using Java/Python and modern frameworks.
Own full software lifecycle—requirements, architecture, coding, automated tests, CI/CD, and observability—ensuring high code quality and on-time releases.
Implement scalable data models, optimize SQL/NoSQL queries, and integrate third-party systems to meet performance SLAs.
Collaborate with Product, UX, and DevOps to refine user stories, conduct code reviews, and uphold Agile best practices.
Continuously improve system reliability through automated monitoring, alerting, and incident post-mortems.
Mentor junior engineers, champion clean architecture patterns, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
3+ years hands-on software engineering in Java or Python with Git-based workflows.
Proven experience building RESTful APIs and microservices deployed on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and writing optimized SQL.
Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, CI pipelines, and automated unit/integration testing.
Preferred
Exposure to React or another modern front-end stack.
Knowledge of messaging queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and event-driven design.
Experience with IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation) and security best practices (OWASP).
