Job Description

Design, develop, troubleshoot and de2-5+ years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including At least 2 year of software engineering work experience bachelors degree in computer engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience Preferred
Qualifications: At least 2-5 years of experience in application support, troubleshooting & Change Management. Knowledge of SQL along with working knowledge of any programming languages will be an added advantage Expectations: Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations. Shifts - 9 AM - 6 PM. Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position. Should have excellent Communication Skills and be able to interact with stakeholders in different regions of the world. Career Level - IC2 bug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will use basic knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to the provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture.

Make enhancements to existing software applications.
Develop and design new reports, including data fetching through SQL, data processing, and data representation based on requirements.
Gather requirements, understand project scope, create work estimates, and effectively plan and execute tasks.
Handle client calls and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
Participate in component-level technical design discussions and collaborations.
Perform debugging and document root cause analysis and resolutions.
Identify and suggest process improvements at the team level to support both operations and the development ecosystem.
Provide support for software releases.
Gain an understanding of healthcare workflows and the Millennium data model.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree or above in one of the following

Computer Science
Computer Engineering
Software Engineering
Computer Applications
Computer Information Systems
Information Technology

Skills

Required

: SQL, PL-SQL, Database Management Systems, Programming (e.g., Python, Java, C++), Debugging, Version Control (Git), Unit Testing, Data Analysis,

Responsibilities:
