Open Position: QA Tester

Location: Indore, Work From Office

Experience Level: Mid-Level (1 to 2 years)

Education: B.Tech in Computer Science or related field

Compensation: CTC Depends on the interview

Role Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience in QA testing

Technical Skills:

o Knowledge of all the testing terminologies

o Test Case Creation and Execution

o Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools

• Soft Skills:

o Attention to detail

o Problem-solving abilities

o Strong communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases: Create comprehensive

test plans and cases that cover all aspects of the software, ensuring thorough testing.

• Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs: Utilize bug tracking tools to record

issues, communicate them to developers, and track their resolution.

• Collaborating with developers to ensure quality throughout the software

development lifecycle: Work closely with the development team to understand the

product, provide feedback, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software as per BRS

documentation.

• Conducting manual testing: Perform manual testing to identify bugs, usability issues,

and ensure the software meets the requirements.

• Proven work experience in QA testing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle issues
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
