Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team in delivering top-tier software solutions and IT services to clients across various industries. As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing testing processes, ensuring product quality, managing QA resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead the QA team in planning, prioritizing, and executing test activities across multiple client projects. Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases based on project requirements. Ensure that quality standards and best practices are followed in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Collaborate with project managers, developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to define quality goals and testing scope. Oversee automated and manual testing efforts; drive the adoption of test automation tools and frameworks. Monitor QA metrics (e.g., defect densities, open defect counts) and generate quality reports for internal and client review. Continuously improve QA processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and product quality. Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for QA team members. Participate in project reviews and contribute to risk assessments, release planning, and production readiness evaluations. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in testing web, mobile, and enterprise-level applications. Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).
