Experience: 2+ Years Location: Surat, Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-Time - On-site About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive with a strong background in performance marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads , and be well-versed in leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to generate leads, drive traffic, and improve ROI. Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights. Utilize AI-based tools (like ChatGPT, Canva AI, AdCreative.ai, etc.) for content generation, ad creatives, copywriting, and automation. Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to ensure campaign alignment. Prepare performance reports and suggest actionable strategies for growth. Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing. Hands-on expertise with Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite . Experience in campaign setup, budgeting, targeting, and analytics . Familiarity with AI tools for marketing (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai, ChatGPT, etc.) Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc. Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer journey. Strong communication and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus. Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or automation tools is a bonus.
