Automation Strategy & Implementation Own the end-to-end automation strategy across projects Design, develop, andmaintainrobust automation frameworks (UI, API, performance) Ensure automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing Drive high automation coverage to reduce manual regressioneffort Ensure automation coverage across functional, regression, performance, and integration testing Framework Design Architect scalable, reusable, and maintainable frameworks using JavaScript/TypeScript Leverage modern tools such as Playwright (preferred), Selenium Establish coding standards, best practices, and guidelines for automation scripts Hands-On Development Write and reviewtest cases andautomation scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing Implement advanced test strategies,including API automation, performance testing, and data-driven testing Troubleshoot andoptimizeautomation execution for speed and reliability Leadership & Mentorship Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering technical growth Provide guidance on automation design, coding practices, and test strategy Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to embed quality into the SDLC Define QA strategy, processes, and best practices across projects Quality Governance Define QA metrics and KPIs to measure automation effectiveness Ensure automation frameworks are scalable to handle enterprise-level datasets Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance automation efficiency Oversee test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting Manage risk assessment and mitigation related to product quality Required Qualifications Technical Skills 10+ years of QA experience, with at least 5+ yearsinautomation design and implementation Strong hands-onexpertiseinJava , JavaScript , and TypeScript for automation scripting Proven experience designing and implementing automation frameworks from scratch Expertisewith Playwright and Selenium or equivalent modern automation tools Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, Agile practices, and CI/CD integration Experience with API automation and performance testing Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Experience with cloud-based test environments Exposure to performance/security testing toolslikeJmeteris preferred Experience in large-scale enterprise automation environments Soft Skills Hands-on leader with the ability to balance technical execution and team management Strong communicationand collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in QA practices Educational Qualification Bachelors degree in computer science We are an equal employment opportunity employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law
