QA Lead

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Lead to head our quality assurance processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will lead a team of QA engineers, establish testing standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest quality benchmarks across all releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers and testers.
• Define and implement QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
• Conduct manual, automated, regression, performance, and security testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure quality is integrated into the product lifecycle.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor quality metrics, prepare QA reports, and suggest improvements.
• Drive continuous improvements in testing efficiency, coverage, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, deadlines, and industry standards.
• Stay updated with new testing tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in software QA/testing, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
• Proven experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla), and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
