Position Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

QA Engineer

with experience in both

manual and automation testing

, along with exposure to

technical support

and

project management

. In this role, you will work closely with the development and product teams to ensure our platform meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
  • Identify, document, and track software bugs and inconsistencies using industry-standard tools.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues and validate fixes.
  • Perform regression, integration, and system testing as needed.
  • Contribute to improving QA practices, test coverage, and automation strategies.

Technical Support

  • Troubleshoot platform-related issues and assist in resolving technical problems.
  • Maintain clear documentation of issues, resolutions, and QA processes.

Project Management

  • Manage QA tasks and deliverables within broader project timelines.
  • Track project milestones, manage risks, and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align QA priorities with release goals.
  • Contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in software QA, including manual and automation testing (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Experience working with web and mobile applications across different environments and devices.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Exposure to project management practices within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
