Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios for both manual and automated testing.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Maintain and enhance automated test suites using tools like Selenium, Postman, or similar frameworks.
Participate in test planning, estimation, and process improvement initiatives.
Validate new features, perform sanity checks, and ensure software stability before deployment.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement in testing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium / Cypress / Appium / Postman or similar.
Proficiency in test case management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla).
Familiarity with API testing and scripting languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
