Role : Python Engineer Overview of the position: We are looking for a proactive and analytical Python Automation Engineer & Data Modeler to join our team. This individual will be responsible for automating existing manual processes, supporting ongoing automation workflows, and developing simple machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills , a good understanding of Python , and a passion for automation and data analysis. Requirements : Educational Qualification : BE/ B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science or BE / B.Tech (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) or M.Tech in Data Science (AI & ML) or Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Experience : 0-2 years of hands-on experience in Python programming with a focus on automation and data modeling . Skills : Strong knowledge of Python, with expertise in libraries like pandas , NumPy , scikit-learn , and TensorFlow . Experience in automating processes using Python-based frameworks and tools (e.g., Airflow , cron jobs , task schedulers ). Good understanding of algorithms and data structures. Analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in automated systems. Strong problem-solving ability and a detail-oriented approach. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn is a plus Key Responsibilities: Algorithm Development & Process Automation : Design, develop, and implement Python-based algorithms to automate manual processes across various departments. Identify automation opportunities, optimize existing workflows, and implement solutions that streamline operations. Support Existing Automation : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the existing automation pipelines to ensure they run efficiently and without interruptions. Troubleshoot and debug any issues related to automated processes and implement fixes or improvements. Model Building & Deployment : Build, test, and deploy simple predictive models or algorithms using machine learning libraries like scikit-learn or TensorFlow . Ensure the models are scalable and integrate seamlessly into the automated processes. Data Analysis & Processing : Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to support automation and model development. Ensure data integrity and accuracy for reliable model training and process execution. Collaboration & Documentation : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver optimal technical solutions. Document the algorithms, automation workflows, and models to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing across teams.
