About the Role

Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

Vendor development & sourcing of EPC-related equipment such as pumps, compressors, tanks, valves, and instrumentation.
Identify, qualify, and onboard OEMs, distributors, and suppliers.
Prepare RFQs, obtain quotations, and compare techno-commercial offers.
Coordinate with Business Development & Estimation teams for timely project bid support.
Track procurement cycle – inquiry → quotation → order → delivery.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, valves, tanks, instrumentation.
Vendor development, negotiation, and procurement processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and email communication.
Strong follow-up, multitasking, and coordination skills.
