Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Management

• Regular follow-up with vendors to ensure adherence to delivery schedules and quality standards.
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions to optimize procurement costs.
• Evaluate and update vendor ratings periodically.

1. Procurement & Inventory Management

• Ensure timely delivery of materials as per specifications and indents.
• Track urgent orders to avoid production delays.
• Monitor and manage purchase requisitions, indents, and documentation.

1. Payment & Documentation

• Track vendor payments and ensure timely, accurate transactions.
• Maintain proper indent documentation and compliance records.
• Prepare and manage POs, debit notes, and related purchase documents.

1. Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve vendor and indent-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with procurement standards, minimizing non-compliance in audits.
• Handle import/export documentation when required.
