Store & Purchasing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the consumable store and oversee all inward material processes
• Maintain stock levels of consumables, tools, oils, coolants, and raw materials
• Identify and maintain a database of alternate suppliers
• Raise inquiries, perform supplier negotiations, and finalize procurement
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all procurement activities
• Prepare regular reports using Microsoft Excel
• Ensure timely availability of required consumables and materials
• Coordinate with the production team to understand material requirements

Qualification & Requirements

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in store management or procurement, preferably in a CNC machine shop environment
• Strong understanding of

  consumables

  , tools, oils, coolants, and raw materials used in CNC operations
• Proficient in

  Microsoft Excel

  and capable of generating reports and tracking data
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing, inquiry handling, and purchase negotiations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently
