Our YouTube Channel : www.youtube.com/@hsaaco Our Website: www.hsaaco.in As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and driven Purchase Officer cum Store and Dispatch Manager to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our procurement and supply operations. Job Summary The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end procurement , inventory/store management , and dispatch/logistics operations. This is a pivotal role that ensures timely availability and delivery of materials across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities Procurement: Identify, source, and procure required materials, furniture, fixtures, and fittings based on project specifications. Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for best pricing, quality, and payment terms. Prepare and manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery. Maintain strong supplier relationships and conduct regular evaluations. Store Management: Oversee store operations including inventory tracking, material storage, and proper stock maintenance. Ensure accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing stock. Perform regular stock audits and maintain minimum stock levels. Minimize material wastage and manage inter-site material transfers efficiently. Dispatch & Logistics: Plan and coordinate dispatch of materials to various project sites. Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure timely and safe transportation. Track shipments and handle any discrepancies or delays. Liaise with project managers/site engineers for material planning and requirements. Requirement Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in procurement , inventory/store management , or dispatch/logistics , preferably in the interior design or architecture industry . Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Qualifications: 12th Pass + Minimum 3 - 5 Year experience in in the interior design or architecture industry . What We Offer Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives.
