Job Summary The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end procurement , inventory/store management , and dispatch/logistics operations. This is a pivotal role that ensures timely availability and delivery of materials across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities Procurement: Identify, source, and procure required materials, furniture, fixtures, and fittings based on project specifications. Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for best pricing, quality, and payment terms. Prepare and manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery. Maintain strong supplier relationships and conduct regular evaluations. Store Management: Oversee store operations including inventory tracking, material storage, and proper stock maintenance. Ensure accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing stock. Perform regular stock audits and maintain minimum stock levels. Minimize material wastage and manage inter-site material transfers efficiently. Dispatch & Logistics: Plan and coordinate dispatch of materials to various project sites.
