About Us: HS Ahuja and Associates, a leading luxurious Interior Designer and Turnkey Execution Company, is seeking an experienced Interior Fit-out Assistant Site Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a 2 to 3 yrs experienced Asst Site Supervisor for Interior Fit-out Project with. The key role are:

• Site Operations: - Assist in supervising daily site activities, ensuring smooth execution of interior fit-out and furnishing works, - Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Quality Control: - Monitor and report on quality of work, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards, Identify and rectify defects or deviations in finishes, fixtures, and fittings.
• Installation and Fitting: - Oversee installation of furniture, fixtures, and finishes, Ensure accurate measurement, cutting, and fitting.
• Material Management: Assist in managing materials and supplies, including furniture and fixtures, Ensure proper storage and handling to prevent damage.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure site safety protocols are followed, Comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records and reports, including site diaries and progress photos, Ensure documentation is up-to-date and shared with relevant stakeholders.
• Communication: - Coordinate with site supervisor, contractors, and internal teams, Report issues and progress updates to ensure timely resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
