About Us: HS Ahuja and Associates, a leading luxurious Interior Designer and Turnkey Execution Company, is seeking an experienced Interior Fit-out Project Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled Interior Fit-out Project Manager with expertise in managing high-end residential, hotel, rooftop bar, and restaurant projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timely completion, and delivering exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Manage interior fit-out projects from concept to completion
• · Coordinate with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure project deliverables
• · Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
• · Conduct site visits (PAN India) and monitor progress to ensure quality and safety standards
• · Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
• · Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
• · Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

• · 10+ years of experience in interior fit-out project management
• · Proven track record of managing high-end residential, hotel, rooftop bar, and restaurant projects
• · Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• · Strong leadership and team management skills
• · Preference for Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and Architecture
