Dear Candidate, Prepare and process customer invoices for electrical projects, service calls, material supply, and AMC contracts. Verify work completion reports, job cards, material consumption sheets, and engineer notes before generating bills. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate billing data. Maintain billing records, job codes, BOQs, and project-wise documentation for audit and reference. Track project progress and raise progressive/RA bills as per contract terms and work done. Reconcile client accounts, follow up for payment status, and support in resolving billing discrepancies.
