Purchase Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Strategic Purchase Manager who goes beyond traditional procurement. This role is designed for a problem-solver, negotiator, and digital thinker who can build a resilient, cost-effective, and agile supply network. You'll be a key player in transforming our procurement into a data-driven, tech-integrated, and sustainable process.

Core Responsibilities

• Procurement Strategy & Planning: Ability to forecast, budget, and source based on BOQ, site schedules, and project milestones.
• Vendor Evaluation & Development: Skilled in supplier qualification, audits, compliance checks, and alternate vendor mapping.
• Technical Specification Alignment: Strong understanding of IS/IRC/MoRTH standards for material quality, durability, and certification.
• Cost Negotiation & Value Engineering: Expert in rate analysis, comparative costing, and commercial term structuring.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Effective liaison between execution, stores, and finance for smooth material flow.
• Analytical & Reporting Skills: Capable of MIS reporting, spend analysis, and procurement dashboards for top management.
• Decision-Making Under Pressure: Proven ability to maintain supply chain continuity in dynamic project environments.
