Job Description

Position: Purchase Manager – HVAC Industry
Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage procurement strategies for HVAC equipment and materials.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and quality.
Ensure timely procurement of HVAC and VRF systems and components as per project requirements.
Monitor supplier performance and build long-term vendor relationships.
Manage purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and new products in the HVAC industry.
Coordinate with project managers and engineers for accurate material planning and execution.
Resolve supply chain challenges to avoid project delays.
Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of procurement experience (preferably in HVAC industry).
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Good knowledge of HVAC and VRF systems/components.
Experience working with ERP/procurement systems.
Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel when required.
