Job Profile - Purchase Manager

Location- Delhi

Experience- 5 -15 years

Salary UPTO- 50K

Notice Period- Immediate Joiner

Role & responsibilities

Supplier management: Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on criteria like price, quality, and delivery time.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
Procurement process: Prepare and manage purchase orders and requisitions, ensuring all necessary documents are accurate and complete.
Inventory control: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure there are enough materials to avoid stockouts and minimize costs.
Order tracking: Track the status of orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.
Quality assurance: Review the quality of purchased products and resolve any issues with suppliers, such as damaged or incorrect goods.
Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, supplier performance, and invoices.
