Job Description

Job profile : Customer Care Executive Vernacular Language

Notice period : Immediate joiner

Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual fluent in Tamil, Kannada, Hindi and English to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in the vernacular language, ensuring seamless interaction with customers and resolving their concerns effectively.

Role & responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in Tamil, Hindi and English through phone, email, and chat.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Provide accurate information about products and services in the vernacular language.
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Identify and escalate priority concerns to the appropriate department.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up until resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada with excellent verbal and written skills.

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.
Patience, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.
