Profile: Inside Sales (Salesforce) Experience: 3 years Salary : Industry hike would be provided By company . Location: Gurgaon Shift: Us shift (Night Shift ) cab facilities would be provided by company ( only for gurgaon ) Experience: Minimum 3 Years of experience into inside sales Primary Role & responsibilities Cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to prospects- primarily in the US market. Qualifying inbound leads from Salesforce campaigns or website. Setting up discovery calls and product demos. Maintaining and updating CRM (typically Salesforce itself). Working with marketing to run lead generation campaigns. Reporting on KPIs like lead volume, conversion rate, meetings set, etc. Preferred candidate profile Demonstrable experience working with prospects in the U.S. market Strong communication and persuasion.
