Job Description

Inside Sales Executive – Software Development

We are looking for a smart, driven Inside Sales Executive to help us generate leads and grow our software development business.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads for web, app, AI, and custom software development.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Understand client requirements and schedule meetings/demos.
  • Update CRM and follow up to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to hit monthly targets.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years’ experience in inside sales (IT preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to explain software services at a high level.
  • Experience with CRM, LinkedIn, or lead-gen tools is a plus.
  • Motivated, target-oriented, and self-driven.
