Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT Industry)
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience: 1–2 Years
Department: Human Resources

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding — while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (Developers, QA Engineers, Designers, Project Managers, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), references, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic rounds to assess candidates’ technical fit and communication skills.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, database, and reports.
Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiation, and onboarding formalities.
Support in employee engagement and HR operations when required.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably with a software or tech company).
Strong knowledge of IT job roles and terminologies.
Hands-on experience with job portals and social recruiting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
