As an Inside Sales Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in conducting product demonstrations, qualifying leads, and ensuring successful customer onboarding. Your expertise in virtual presentations, relationship building, and sales conversion will be instrumental in driving customer engagement and retention. - Deliver clear, engaging, and personalised online product demos using platforms like Google Meet and Zoom. - Manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and implement effective follow-up strategies to close sales. - Oversee the complete customer onboarding process to facilitate smooth product adoption and enhance user satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM. - Collaborate with product and marketing teams by providing valuable customer feedback and insights to support continuous improvement efforts. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 6 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or related roles, including internships. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver impactful product presentations. - Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and nurture robust client relationships. - Goal-oriented, self-driven attitude with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Fluency in Hindi is a mandatory requirement for effective communication with customers.
