Business Development Associate – Inside Sales Specialist

Responsibilities :

  • Engage with potential leads via calls, messages, and follow-ups.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain CRM data and ensure timely updates.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.


Requirements :

  • 0–6 months of sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Confident, presentable, and goal-driven.
  • Comfortable with on-site working at Gautam Nagar.
