Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute procurement of
cells, BMS, connectors, chargers, and electronic components
.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable
suppliers and vendors
.
Negotiate
best pricing, payment terms, and lead times
.
Raise and track
Purchase Orders (POs)
, ensuring on-time delivery.
Coordinate with
R&D, Production, Quality, and Stores
for material requirements.
Maintain
minimum inventory levels
without affecting production flow.
Verify
GRN, invoices, and payment approvals
with Accounts.
Track
supplier performance
(quality, delivery, service).
Ensure compliance with
ISO / IMS standards
and Shizen’s procurement policy.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent negotiation and vendor-management ability.
Strong understanding of
procurement workflow and supply chain
.
Knowledge of
ERP / Zoho Inventory / Tally
.
Analytical, result-oriented, and deadline-driven.
Good communication and coordination skills
