· Sourcing for vendors and suppliers
· Dealing with suppliers and negotiating with suppliers for rates and delivery.
· Follow with the supplier via telephonic-ally or mail as required.
· Visiting the vendor and supplier accordingly
· Looking after the logistics (Store)
· Arrangement for materials when needed.
· Making of Purchase orders and sending it to the suppliers.
· Finding of new suppliers and vendors accordingly.
· Coordination with the departments for the material required and forming the data.
· Procurement of raw material
· Knowledge of local purchasing
· Issuing Debit notes when required
· Maintaining MSME Data of all vendors
