Purchase Manager - Synthetic Leather Manufacturing Core Focus Strategic sourcing and management of all raw materials (chemicals, polymers, fabrics) for synthetic leather (PVC/PU) production. Cost control, quality assurance, and ensuring continuous supply for the manufacturing unit. Key Responsibilities Raw Material Procurement: Source specialized materials: PVC/PU components, plasticizers, release papers, base fabrics, pigments, and chemicals. Supplier Management: Identify, qualify, and negotiate with domestic and international chemical/textile suppliers. Manage contracts and monitor performance. Cost Control & Negotiation: Lead negotiations for optimal pricing and terms; identify and implement cost reduction and value engineering initiatives. Demand & Inventory: Collaborate with Production to forecast material needs and manage optimal stock levels (JIT/Min-Max) to prevent stock-outs. Logistics: Coordinate inbound logistics, customs clearance, and timely delivery of materials to the plant warehouse. Quality & Compliance: Ensure all incoming materials meet technical specifications and regulatory standards.
