Senior Executive Logistics

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics professional to oversee and manage the movement, storage, and distribution of goods. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth and cost-effective logistics operations.

·        Plan, organize, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations.

·        Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.

·        Manage inventory levels and oversee proper documentation (GRN, dispatch notes, invoices, etc.).

·        Negotiate contracts and freight rates with logistics partners.

·        Track shipments and resolve any delivery or transportation issues.

·        Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, E-Way Bills, Customs, etc.).

·        Prepare logistics reports and analyze performance for cost optimization.

·        Implement and monitor safety and quality standards in logistics processes.

·        Support ERP/Inventory system updates for accurate logistics tracking.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

·        2–7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management (experience range depends on level).

·        Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and customs regulations.

·        Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Inventory management systems.

·        Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

·        Experience in manufacturing / EV / battery industry (added advantage).

·        Strong analytical and cost-control mindset.

·        Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
