We’re looking for an experienced professional with 5+ years in Sea Import operations, CHA coordination, documentation, and customer service in the freight forwarding industry. 🔔 Note: Apply only if you're based in NCR or willing to relocate to Gurugram. 🧭 Position: Senior Logistics Executive – Sea Import 📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana (HO) 📦 Department: Freight Forwarding – Sea Imports 🕘 Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years 🎓 Education: Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory); MBA in Operations / Logistics / SCM preferred 🌐 Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end Sea Import operations (FCL & LCL) Handle documentation: HBL, MBL, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc. Coordinate with shipping lines, CHAs, transporters & internal teams Ensure timely customs clearance & last-mile delivery Provide proactive customer communication & service Maintain compliance with INCO Terms & customs regulations Update MIS reports and shipment files ✅ Candidate Profile: 5+ years’ experience in Freight Forwarding – Sea Imports Strong CHA coordination & import documentation knowledge Familiarity with INCO Terms & international shipping Proficient in MS Office & logistics software Strong communication, coordination & problem-solving skills 📩 To Apply: Email your resume to 👉 shahbaz.sawar@logisticsplus.com Subject: Application – Senior Logistics Executive (Gurugram HQ)
