Role Overview:

BMS & CAN Testing Engineer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional and validation testing of BMS hardware and software.
  • Conduct CAN protocol testing, including message monitoring, debugging, and analysis.
  • Work with tools like

    CANalyzer, PCAN, or equivalent

    .
  • Document test cases, test results, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of BMS issues.
  • Collaborate with design and R&D teams to improve system performance.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.E/B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Embedded Systems or related field.
  • Knowledge of

    lithium-ion batteries, EV systems, and BMS architecture

    .
  • Understanding of

    CAN bus protocol

    and diagnostic tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and reporting ability.
