Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Purchase Manager to join our team at Zaitoon Multi Cuisine Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in procurement and supply chain management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods.
Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable prices and terms.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and stay updated on market trends.
Analyze data to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in purchase management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices.
